I run a travel company and want a simple, fully automated chatbot for our Facebook Messenger and Instagram accounts. Scope at this stage is lean and focused on getting a working first version live: • Map out the conversation flow covering booking inquiries, travel info, and customer-service paths. • Build and connect the bot to Facebook Messenger and Instagram using a budget-friendly platform such as ManyChat, Chatfuel, or a similar tool. • Populate the bot with clear, friendly copy that reflects a travel-focused tone. • Provide a short hand-off guide so I can update replies or add FAQs later. A clean, tested deployment that responds accurately to these three inquiry types is the key deliverable.
