Landing Page Development A responsive, modern landing page including: • Common Pages (Term & Privacy Policy, About Page, Contact Page) • Hero Section (Event Name, Date, Location, CTA) About the Event • Event Details (Venue, Parking, Schedule if provided) Attendee Interest Form • Hotel Booking Section (Redirect Link) • Sponsorship Section (Deck download + Sponsor inquiry form) • Contact & Footer The page will need to be optimized for desktop and mobile. B. Attendee Registration: Link to Eventbrite where attendees can register. C. Hotel Booking Integration • “Book Your Hotel” button • Direct redirect to hotel booking system D. Sponsorship Section • Downloadable sponsorship deck (PDF provided by your team) • Sponsor interest form (Name, Company, Email, Message) • Email notification to team - Ability to download the sponsorship deck only after the information is submitted.
