Essential features • /validate – confirm that a supplied card number is structurally correct (Luhn-check) and belongs to either Visa or MasterCard. • /balance – return the current available balance in real time once the card is validated. • Multilingual replies: Spanish by default, with an English fallback. • Clear error handling for invalid numbers or unsupported cards. Technical notes • I am comfortable if you build it in C++, but I’m open to another language if it better suits Telegram Bot API constraints. • The bot must respect all legal and ethical guidelines: no storage of full PAN data, encryption for any transient card details, and rate-limiting to prevent abuse. • Please host the bot on a Linux-based server and document the deployment steps so I can reproduce the setup.
