Project Overview I am seeking an experienced telecom researcher / academic author to deliver a complete end-to-end research project, including writing, peer review coordination, submission, and acceptance of a research paper in an IEEE journal or IEEE-sponsored international conference. The research topic will be in the field of mobile telecommunications, aligned with current and emerging technologies such as: 5G / 5G-Advanced 6G architecture and performance IoT / mMTC / URLLC Open RAN (O-RAN) Air-to-Ground (A2G), NTN, or hybrid networks Final topic selection will be done jointly to ensure novelty, feasibility, and acceptance probability. Scope of Work (End-to-End) The freelancer will be responsible for the entire publication lifecycle, including: Research & Topic Finalization Propose 2–3 strong research topics suitable for IEEE Conduct novelty assessment and gap analysis Finalize target IEEE journal or conference Research Paper Development Comprehensive literature review (standards + peer-reviewed papers) Clear problem statement and research objectives Original technical contribution (architecture, framework, analytical model, or simulation) Performance evaluation and comparison with baseline solutions Practical relevance to real-world telecom deployments Paper structure must include: Abstract Introduction Related Work Methodology / Proposed Approach Results & Discussion Conclusion & Future Work Technical Expectations Strong expertise in mobile networks, RAN/Core, latency, reliability, scalability Familiarity with 3GPP, ETSI, ITU-R standards Experience with tools such as: MATLAB NS-3 OMNeT++ Python-based modeling (optional but preferred) Publication & Acceptance (Mandatory) This project must include: Formatting as per IEEE guidelines Submission to IEEE journal or IEEE conference Addressing reviewer comments (major/minor revisions) Final acceptance confirmation Proposals without proven IEEE submission experience will not be considered. Deliverables 8–12 pages of core technical content 30+ recent references (journals, conferences, standards) Plagiarism score < 10% IEEE-formatted final manuscript All editable source files (Word / LaTeX + figures) Reviewer response document (if applicable) Final IEEE acceptance proof IEEE submission & review handling: As per venue timeline Regular progress updates are expected.
