The manager will act as the quality and timeline guardian, ensuring that all features are implemented correctly, tested thoroughly, and delivered on schedule. --- Responsibilities: 1. Project Oversight * Track weekly/monthly milestones * Ensure tasks are completed on schedule * Provide clear status reports to the client 2. Requirement Verification * Confirm features are implemented according to the final scope document * Verify live rooms, multiplayer games, coin wallet, gifting, and admin panel 3. Technical Quality Assurance * Review backend architecture (AWS infra, databases, APIs) * Verify real-time performance for live rooms and games * Ensure coin transactions and payment systems are secure * Review code quality and maintainability 4. Testing & Bug Verification * Create test cases for features and scenarios * Ensure multiplayer game logic, coin wallet, and live rooms function correctly * Approve bug fixes before milestone completion 5. Communication & Coordination * Act as primary liaison between client and developer * Document changes and scope adjustments * Coordinate with designers, QA testers, and cloud specialists if needed 6. Deployment & Post-Launch Monitoring * Verify app readiness for Play Store & App Store submission * Ensure server scaling, monitoring, and analytics are in place * Monitor initial user adoption and critical bug fixes 7.
