I’m putting together a complete real-estate platform and need one person (or a tight-knit team) who can walk me through every step in fluent Tamil so we can hash out ideas without language barriers. What I’m building The heart of the product is a live property-listing system. Both the Android app and the web version should pull from the same backend so that anything I publish or edit shows instantly everywhere. Every listing must include: • A gallery for photos and short video tours • Price and exact location, ideally plotted on an interactive map • A clean, scroll-friendly text description Real-estate–specific flows—such as filtering by budget, area or property type—should feel native on mobile and equally intuitive in a browser. What I need from you • Design and develop the Android application (Java or Kotlin in Android Studio is fine; Flutter is welcome if you can also ship the web experience). • Build the web front end—React, Vue, or Angular are all acceptable as long as it integrates smoothly. • Set up a single backend (Node, Django, Laravel—your call) with structured APIs for the listing data and any future features. • Speak Tamil during our calls and in written updates so we can iterate quickly on flows, wording, and compliance quirks. • Package and hand over clean, well-commented source code plus deployment instructions. Nice-to-have but not required If you already have experience with push notifications, in-app payments, or agent profile modules, let me know; I’ll add them in later sprints. Acceptance A buildable APK, a hosted web demo, and the repository link will mark the job complete. We’ll test by creating sample listings and confirming they display perfectly, with media loading smoothly and locations mapping accurately, on both platforms.
