I need help moving every piece of information I currently keep in Tally into my live Odoo instance. The scope covers three data domains—financial, inventory, and customer—so charts of accounts, vouchers, stock balances, product masters, price lists, customer profiles, and their full transaction histories must all arrive intact in Odoo. My database is in the “medium” range (several thousand records), yet I want the entire historical trail, not just the latest snapshot. Here is how I see the job flowing: • Extraction & mapping – export the raw Tally data, create clear field-to-field maps to Odoo’s models, and flag any gaps or incompatible structures. • Clean-up – handle duplicates, missing fields, and legacy codes so the import won’t stall. • Import & validation – load the data into a staging environment first, run balance checks, inventory reconciliations, and customer ledger comparisons to prove the numbers match Tally. • Go-live – once I sign off, run the final import against production and provide a rollback plan.
