We currently use Dialpad for company communications and Google Workspace (Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, etc.) for our daily operations. Dialpad has not previously been configured to synchronize with Google Contacts, and we’ve recently added three new staff members, making it essential to establish a unified company contact directory. We require a professional to: Audit existing contacts in both Google Workspace and Dialpad. Merge and de-duplicate contacts across both platforms. Set up a synchronized, central company directory that updates automatically for all staff. Ensure that new contacts (clients and contractors) added in Google Workspace automatically appear in Dialpad and vice versa. Provide documentation or short handover notes on how to maintain the sync going forward. Requirements / Ideal Skills Proven experience with Google Workspace Admin and Dialpad Admin Console Familiarity with contact sync tools or APIs (e.g., PieSync, Zapier, or native integrations) Attention to data integrity and privacy Ability to complete the setup with minimal disruption to current users
