Support Ticket Data Spreadsheet -- 2

I need all of the information contained in our customer support tickets moved into a spreadsheet so it’s easy to sort, filter, and report on. The data comes exclusively from the ticketing system, and for every ticket you’ll capture the following: • Customer name and their original comment • Issue type and our documented resolution • Date the ticket was created • Support agent who handled it Please structure the sheet so it is organised by Issue Type first; the other columns can then flow naturally beside it. I’ll share the file in Google Sheets for live editing, but feel free to work in Excel locally as long as the final hand-off is a clean, fully populated Google Sheet. Acceptance criteria: every ticket is accounted for, each of the four columns above is complete and accurate, and the data sorts correctly when I filter by Issue Type.
