My team is ready to adopt SuiteCRM as our central customer platform and needs hands-on help turning the stock build into a production-ready system. SuiteCRM has already been selected over other options, so the engagement starts directly with installing the latest stable release on our cloud server (Ubuntu 22.04 + Apache / MariaDB stack). Scope of work • Set up SuiteCRM from scratch, apply recommended security settings, and connect it to our corporate email gateway and LDAP for single sign-on. • Configure the core modules so Sales automation, Customer support management, and Marketing automation workflows match our current processes—pipelines, case queues, campaign templates, and standard reports. • Deliver minor modifications inside existing modules (mostly field additions, layout tweaks, logic hooks, and calculated fields). No deep rewrites or new modules are expected. • Migrate a small test dataset from CSV to prove the mapping is correct. • Provide concise hand-off documentation covering the configuration steps and any code changes so our in-house admin can maintain the system. Acceptance criteria – SuiteCRM loads with no PHP or JS errors and passes the built-in health check. – Users can log in with corporate credentials and immediately see customized dashboards reflecting our sales and support KPIs. – Test records travel end-to-end through the Sales, Cases, and Campaign modules without manual intervention. – All custom code is commented and delivered in an installable package or clearly documented for Git import.
