Description is most complex so you must read this full description. ___________________________________________________________________ Stripe data includes ThriveCart data ThriveCart uses Stripe billing to create the subscriptions and invoices So they are one and the same There is a staging site with no order or subscription data on it at the moment I have ThriveCart creds in 1Password The Stripe data is split into two accounts Stripe Legacy before ThriveCart was upgraded to Pro+ After Pro+ was enabled it required a new Stripe Connect account So the last two months of data (orders and subscriptions) would be in the Stripe Connect account but due to the limits of ThriveCart the source of truth would be Stripe Where member experience has updated subscriptions in Stripe but that data on some subscriptions would be reflected in the ThriveCart data Migrate all essential data — products, customers, orders, subscriptions, and invoices — from Stripe into an existing live WooCommerce site. The migration must be fully completed within one week and executed with minimal downtime during a short maintenance window. Stripe data related to ThriveCart orders and subscriptions. Deliverables Scope of Work Extract data from Stripe: Products (including metadata and prices) Customers and payment methods Orders and transactions Active subscriptions (with correct renewal cycles and statuses) Invoices and payment history Import and map all data accurately into WooCommerce: Maintain customer–order–subscription relationships Ensure existing users are matched to imported data Sync Stripe subscription renewal schedules to WooCommerce Perform a test migration in staging, validate all counts and records, then execute the live import during a pre-scheduled short maintenance window.
