You must have done this in the UAE and understand the regulations and requirements Here is what I expect you to deliver: • Implement buyer checkout through Stripe so orders created on dibdaa.ae are captured, confirmed, and reconciled in my dashboard. • Configure Express accounts for every seller, including onboarding links, KYC status checks, and the ability for them to view their balance and upcoming payouts. • Build the payout logic that splits funds instantly (or on a schedule I define) between the seller and my commission wallet. • Add a lightweight subscription layer so certain listings or seller plans renew automatically with prorated upgrades and downgrades handled by Stripe Billing. • Route chargebacks and disputes to the original seller’s account while still letting me monitor them. • Secure webhooks, test in Stripe’s UAE sandbox, then move everything to live and remain available for warranty support while the first real transactions roll through. Code must be well-commented, and configuration variables (keys, webhook secrets, payout timing) should sit in an .env file so I can manage them without touching source. When you are done I want to deploy, flip the switch, and watch payments clear end-to-end without manual intervention.
