I work daily with large volumes of files in Adobe Illustrator on Windows 10, and I’m looking to significantly streamline my creative workflow by eliminating repetitive manual tasks that currently consume too much time. The goal is to convert several routine operations into reliable, reusable scripts. These include: • Object transformations and adjustments – scaling, rotation, alignment, distribution, and similar operations • Layer and group management – creating, renaming, reordering, and selectively locking or hiding elements • Automated exporting – generating files in multiple formats and production-ready profiles I’m looking for a developer experienced with the Illustrator DOM, the official API, and JavaScript / ExtendScript (JSX). If you prefer working with UXP and believe it provides advantages, that approach is also welcome. The priority is that the scripts are clean, well-documented, stable, and easily extendable. I will provide a use-case document with real-world scenarios. The expected deliverables are: Ready-to-run .jsx scripts (or UXP equivalents) Installation instructions and recommended keyboard shortcuts A short guide explaining how to adjust basic parameters without modifying the core code The final solution should run reliably in Illustrator 2021+ on Windows 10, without manual intervention. All dialogs, prompts, and potential errors should be handled properly to ensure smooth, interruption-free production workflows.
