What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strategic website copywriter who doesn’t just write words, but understands the psychology of persuasion and structure of high-converting copy. Someone who can turn technical products into clear, confident, and compelling messaging that resonates with industrial buyers, distributors, and partners. Scope of Work Write SEO-optimized website copy for: Homepage Product pages (around 5–8 products) About page Blog articles (2–3 posts around industrial insights / machine maintenance / best practices) Each page must follow a clear copywriting framework — e.g., AIDA, PAS, or StoryBrand — and connect emotionally while maintaining a professional, B2B tone. Collaborate directly with our marketing lead (we’ll provide direction, brand voice, structure, and key inputs). Integrate keywords naturally for search optimization (we’ll provide keyword list if needed). Deliver content in Google Docs or Notion for easy review and iteration. Requirements Proven experience writing website copy for B2B or industrial / manufacturing brands Strong understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Problem-Agitate-Solve, 4Ps, etc.) Ability to simplify technical concepts for easy understanding Basic SEO knowledge — headings, keyword density, internal linking, meta descriptions Excellent command of English and storytelling Responsive, open to feedback, and structured in communication Nice to Have Experience writing for engineering, hardware, or machinery brands Understanding of industrial buyer psychology Basic familiarity with WordPress / Webflow / Notion workflows Compensation We’ll discuss a per-page or per-word pricing model, based on complexity and quality.
