Project Overview Sport Academy is initiating a design enhancement and visualization project for the exterior façade and VIP interior spaces of its main facility. The objective is to develop a modern, functional, and visually distinctive concept that reflects the academy’s identity — combining performance, innovation, and architectural excellence. We are seeking experienced architectural designers and 3D visualization specialists to prepare concept design visuals, mood boards, and presentation renders based on the provided direction and reference materials. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. Exterior Concept Visualization • Redesign the existing façade with a contemporary architectural treatment. • Integrate perforated metal cladding, architectural lighting, and blue accent tones consistent with brand. • Produce high-quality day and night renders demonstrating the architectural lighting and materials. 2. VIP Area Interior Concept • Develop a VIP zone interior concept, including the central cone feature area. • Incorporate interactive LED display walls, sculptural ceilings, and premium finishes (soft blue, metallic tones, and white). • Create 3D interior visualizations reflecting ambience, finishes, and light quality. 3. Deliverables • Concept sketches and material mood boards. • 3D rendered images (minimum of 4–6 key visual angles). • Final compiled presentation in PDF format.
