We’re looking for a Senior Automation Engineer / Technical Developer who is fluent or native in Spanish for a long-term, fully remote collaboration. Our core team is based in Dubai, but the work is 100% remote, so you can be located anywhere in the world. We are not looking for one-off projects or isolated tasks. We want someone who values stability, continuity, and growth, and who is ready to take real ownership of systems and automations. What You Will Do - Develop and maintain WordPress websites - Design and implement digital automations and workflow systems - Integrate, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel - Build automations with Zapier and n8n - Create API-based integrations between different systems - Manage and troubleshoot servers (SSH, root access) - Diagnose and resolve technical issues - Optimize systems for security, performance, and scalability - Create clear, well-structured documentation for processes and code Must-Have Requirements - Proven experience with WordPress - Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Java knowledge - Practical, hands-on experience with MongoDB - Real experience using GoHighLevel - Regular use of Zapier and n8n - Solid experience integrating systems via APIs - Strong knowledge of hosting, domains, and deployment - Ability to work independently, in an organized and responsible way Strongly Valued - Regular use of AI tools to speed up development, automation, and debugging - Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into workflows - Optimization mindset: prefer to automate rather than do repetitive manual tasks - Genuine interest in staying up to date with technology, automation, and AI - Strong technical judgment and ability to proactively propose improvements If you’re looking for a stable, long-term collaboration and you recognize yourself in this description, we’d love to hear from you.
