My current PHP site runs well but needs a round of functionality improvements to stay in step with recent business changes. I will provide full source access, a staging server, and a short list of feature tickets once we kick off. Core expectations • Analyse the existing codebase, flagging any structural or security issues that must be tackled before new work is layered on. • Implement the agreed-upon feature updates—this may include refactoring controllers, adjusting database queries, or adding small helper classes—while keeping the UI untouched. • Deliver clean, well-commented PHP (7.4+) that passes basic unit tests and integrates smoothly with my MySQL database. • After deployment on staging, walk me through validation so we can confirm every change works across modern browsers. I’ll be available to answer questions quickly and will test each milestone the same day it’s submitted. Once functionality is solid we can talk optional follow-up items, but the initial goal is a tight, dependable upgrade of the site’s back-end behaviour.
