I have a series of photos and hand-taken measurements for a set of inter-locking mechanical parts and I need them translated into accurate, fully parametric SolidWorks 2022 models. Everything has to be built natively in SW2022 or an older release so I can open, edit, and reuse the files without any conversion steps. The goal is to end up with a complete, fully constrained assembly that reflects the real-world fit of each component. Please follow ISO standards for dimensions, tolerances, and drawing conventions; I will be checking against those when I bring the files into our internal documentation system. I will share: • Annotated photos showing each view and critical dimensions • A simple sketch of how the parts fit together • Extra notes on functional clearances and fastening points You will return: 1. Individual .sldprt files for every part, fully defined and feature-based 2. A master .sldasm with mates that replicate the required motion/fit 3. ISO-compliant drawings (.slddrw + PDF) that call out key dimensions and tolerances Acceptance criteria: • All parts open and rebuild in SolidWorks 2022 with zero errors or rebuild warnings • Dimensions match my measurements within the stated ISO tolerance range • Assembly mates allow smooth motion where needed and detect interferences when forced If you have deep experience modeling from limited reference data and can keep everything strictly in the SW2022 environment, I’d love to see a brief note on similar projects you’ve completed and a turnaround estimate.
