We’re looking for a creative, goal-oriented, and reliable professional Social Media Manager to develop and execute the initial marketing strategy and content plan. The ideal candidate should be able to: Understand real estate audiences (both buyers and sellers) Highlight the unique advantages of the agencies within the association Develop content that strengthens the client’s competitive positioning Respect deadlines and maintain clear, proactive communication Main Responsibilities: Create a 1-month digital marketing strategy tailored to the client’s objectives and audience. Develop a content plan and assets (social media posts, captions, ideas for visuals/videos, etc.) aligned with the strategy. Ensure content messaging is consistent with the client’s brand and value proposition. Collaborate with our team during the review and feedback process. Participate in a kick-off meeting via Google Meet to align on goals, tone, and deliverables. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing or content strategy, preferably in the real estate or luxury sectors. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Ability to create clear, persuasive messaging that drives attention and trust. Reliability and punctuality with deadlines. Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
