About the Company The Company is an Excellent Grade Omani contracting firm established in 1963, specializing in power, water, wastewater, and renewable energy projects. With decades of experience and a strong reputation, the Company seeks a professional partner to manage its social media presence in a strategic, professional, and measurable way. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ Scope of Work: • Account Management: Full management of LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube (future) with a consistent brand voice: • Corporate and formal tone on LinkedIn. • Community-focused and engaging on Instagram. • Technical and quick updates on X. • Content Creation: Development of original visuals, infographics, reels, and videos aligned with the Company’s identity. • No use of generic templates is permitted. • All creative outputs must reflect the corporate brand identity. • Community Engagement: Daily monitoring of hashtags, mentions, and brand mentions. • Respond to comments and messages within 24 hours. • Escalate sensitive issues to management within 12 hours. • Paid Campaigns: Running targeted campaigns with budgets: • Instagram: 200 OMR per quarter. • LinkedIn: 100 OMR per quarter. • YouTube/X: subject to quotation when activated. • All links must include UTM tracking (Urchin Tracking Module) for accurate ROI measurement. • Reporting: • Monthly performance reports with KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, leads, ROAS). • Quarterly strategic reviews and recommendations. • Annual summary comparing results against objectives. • Governance & Compliance: • Content approval workflow with Company management before publishing. • Full adherence to Omani digital media laws and privacy regulations. • No employee/client images may be published without written approval. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ Key Deliverables: • Annual content plan and quarterly calendars. • Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. • Organized media library (photos, videos, designs). • Campaign ROI analysis with insights and recommendations. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ Objectives: • Build and protect the Company’s corporate reputation locally and regionally. • Attract new clients and projects across government and private sectors. • Strengthen the Company’s position as an employer of choice. • Achieve measurable and sustainable digital growth. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ Contract Term: One-year contract (annual), renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
