Develop and execute short-form & long form content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, and X (Reels, Shorts, memes, snippets). Grow social media accounts by building community, driving engagement, and creating viral content. Adapt tone, style, and creative approach for different audiences and platforms. Research trends, formats, and pop culture hooks to maximize content sharability. Coordinate with meme pages, influencers, and content partners for reposts and collaborations. Track performance metrics, maintain post schedules, and optimize content rollouts. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of growing one or more social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter). Keen visual sense and strong storytelling instincts. Deep understanding of pop culture, virality, and social trends. Ability to think creatively and execute short-form content with impact. Basic familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Organized, reliable, and data-driven in handling posts, sheets, and timelines. Passion for films, AI storytelling, and digital media.
