Tasks include: • Configure lifecycles, missions, badges, quests, and CRM journeys • Build email/SMS/push/In-app campaigns and automation flows • Segment audiences and create VIP retention systems • Set up triggers and behavioral filters (deposits, wagers, inactivity) • Train/guide my team on using Smartico dashboards and mission logic Requirements: — Proven experience with Smartico (or similar marketing automation platforms) — Experience with iGaming CRM workflows preferred — Ability to document processes + best practices — Good English communication
