## Job Title Smart Integration: Chatwoot + n8n + AI + Frappe CRM (Self-Hosted, Low Cost) --- ## Project Overview We already have everything **installed and running on Coolify**: * Chatwoot (Website + Facebook + WhatsApp + Messenger + Instagram working) * n8n (running) * Frappe CRM (running) We just need a freelancer to **connect these tools together smoothly** and add **basic AI logic** to help reply to customers and create leads automatically. This is mainly an **integration & automation task**, not building anything from scratch. --- ## What Needs to Happen (Simple Flow) **Website / Meta Ads** ↓ **Chatwoot (all chats come here)** ↓ **n8n (handles logic & automation)** ↓ **AI (gives idea-based replies & rough cost estimation)** ↓ **Frappe CRM (auto lead creation)** Human agents can take over chats anytime. --- ## Key Tasks (Easy & Clear) ### 1. Chatwoot * Chats already coming from all channels * Pass chat messages + basic context to n8n * Stop AI replies when a human agent joins --- ### 2. Context Handling (Basic) Collect simple info like: * Website page or product (last 5 page) (if from website) * Ad name / campaign (ads information) (if from Meta) * Customer interest (Drip / Sprinkler /other – inferred) Send this context to AI through n8n. --- ### 3. n8n Automation * Receive Chatwoot webhooks * Call AI with context * Fetch product price from WooCommerce * Decide when to create a CRM lead * Avoid duplicate leads --- ### 4. AI (Light Use Only) AI should: * Reply politely in **Bangla** as customer language * Ask a few basic questions * Give a **text-only tentative cost idea** (not final) * Use: * Website info * WooCommerce prices * Previous quotation patterns * Knowledgebase chating AI should NOT: * Create PDFs * Give final prices * Change CRM lead stages --- ### 5. Frappe CRM * Auto-create a lead when **name OR phone OR email** is found * Save: * Contact details * Source (Website / Meta) * Customer interest * Rough budget (from AI) * Short chat summary Sales team will manage lead stages manually. --- ## Tools & Cost Rules (Very Important) * No expensive SaaS tools * Use only: * Chatwoot (self-hosted) * n8n (self-hosted) * Frappe CRM (self-hosted) * Google Apps Script (if needed) * Only costs allowed: * Small AI API usage * Existing VPS (already available) --- ## Deliverables (Simple) * Chatwoot ↔ n8n integration * AI reply logic (basic & cost-optimized) * WooCommerce price fetch * Frappe CRM auto lead creation * Duplicate lead check * Short setup notes --- ## Notes for Freelancer * All systems are already live * This is a **small integration job** * Clean and simple logic is enough * Budget is fixed and low * Timeline should be realistic and short --- **Best suited for someone familiar with Chatwoot, n8n, basic API work, and automation logic.**
