Our five-person crew moves quickly, and I’m looking for someone who can keep the day-to-day moving just as fast. Everything at the moment lives in a shared Google Sheets tracker, but I’m open to light process improvements if you can show how they’ll save time without adding complexity. Here’s what you’ll steer each workday: • Schedule and confirm internal and client-facing meetings, including sending calendar invites and reminders. • Check the tracker for approaching deadlines, follow up with the owner of each item, and update status notes so nothing slips. • Create or reassign new tasks as they pop up, making sure priorities stay clear and the right person is tagged. By close of business I need an updated sheet summary that highlights what was completed, what’s blocked, and what’s on deck for tomorrow. Our size (1–5 people) means you’ll speak directly with everyone, so concise communication and a knack for gentle nudging are essential.
