I have a 2D architectural drawing in PDF format and a finished demo model that captures the look I want. Your task is to turn that flat plan into a clean, fully textured SketchUp scene rendered with V-Ray, matching the demo’s overall design, materials, and lighting mood. Before building, you’ll incorporate a few minor tweaks I’ll mark on the PDF—think small shifts in openings or updated dimensions—nothing structural. Once the model is laid out, apply materials so they read exactly as in the reference, set up V-Ray lighting to echo the same ambience, and produce photoreal stills. Deliverables • Editable .skp file with organised layers and V-Ray materials • V-Ray render presets/camera setup • High-resolution JPEG or PNG renders (minimum 4K) Acceptance criteria: geometry aligns with the annotated PDF, materials and textures remain faithful to the demo sample, and lighting renders with comparable highlights, shadows, and colour temperature. I’ll provide the PDF, demo screenshots, and any texture maps we already have as soon as we start.
