I want to launch a simplified version of Uber that ditches payments and focuses exclusively on transporting people from point A to point B. Passengers and drivers will register with their phone numbers (SMS), fill out a basic profile, and that's it—authentication is complete—no email or social media logins required. Main flow: • Passengers open the app, request a ride, and track the driver's approach on a live map. • Drivers receive the request, accept it, and the trip is tracked in real time until completion. • Push notifications are sent only when the trip status changes (accepted, arriving, started, completed).
