I’ve marked several wooden garden verandas in a brochure that I need simple 3d drawings of, as clear, presentation-ready visuals. The base frame is the same for every model, so once the core structure is built only small details—roof trims, post caps —change from version to version. I’m aiming for an intermediate level of detail. Exact millimetre dimensions aren’t necessary; keeping the overall proportions true to the brochure will do the job. Preferred approach: create one master model, duplicate it for each highlighted variant, tweak the unique features, then render. Any mainstream package—Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino—is fine, as long as I receive the native file along with high-resolution images. Deliverables • Master 3D model of the base veranda • Renders of every highlighted variant (2 perspectives: 1. full, 2. close-up of corner) --> I attached examples of the needed perspectives Veranda 3D models: 1.
