Description I have: • A 3D model (GLB format) • A short reference video (~10 seconds) of a person performing an action I need someone to: • Recreate the motion from the video onto my 3D model • Keep the animation clean and smooth • Optimize the model slightly for AR (reduce poly count if needed, basic cleanup) ⸻ Scope • Animation length: ~10 seconds • Basic motion matching (does not need to be perfect cinematic quality) • Animation must be baked • Final file should be either: • .blend file • or optimized .glb No USDZ needed. ⸻ Budget €20 fixed budget.
