I’m building a social-commerce mobile app where people discover and buy products through bite-sized videos. The feed must feel as effortless as TikTok—smooth and continuous scrolling with no manual page changes. From any video, a single tap should open the product’s purchase page in an in-app webview or deep link to the merchant site. Core modules to develop • Endless scroll video feed with gesture controls, auto-play, and adaptive streaming • Creator profiles that visitors can follow, plus a personal profile area where users save liked videos and wish-listed items • Pay-to-post model: viewers are free, but creators need an active subscription before they can upload. Subscriptions will be processed through Razorpay, so the flow has to cover new sign-ups, renewals, failed payments, and plan upgrades. • Dual-mode authentication—both classic email/password and social sign-ins (Google, Facebook, Apple) with secure token management • Admin panel (web) that lets me moderate content, manage subscriptions, refund or ban users, push notifications, and update banners or featured products • Modern UI kit in warm yellows and soft grays; provide light and dark variants and keep the experience consistent across iOS and Android Acceptance criteria 1. Feed performance: first frame of the next video must load in under 150 ms on a 4G connection. 2. A creator without a valid Razorpay subscription is automatically restricted from the upload flow. 3. Every outbound product link records click-through analytics in the admin panel. 4. App passes Apple TestFlight and Google Play internal testing without rejection for payment or privacy issues. Please propose your preferred stack (React Native, Flutter, native, etc.), any SDKs you’d integrate for video hosting, and a timeline that covers development, staging, and store submission.
