I need a straightforward software solution that lets our team keep tabs on every mould moving around the shop floor. The system must: • Show the real-time location of each mould. • Log usage history so I can see who used which mould and when. • Trigger or record maintenance scheduling to minimise downtime. The interface has to work seamlessly on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones so supervisors and operators can pull up the same information anywhere in the plant. I’m open to whatever tracking method you feel is most practical—whether that’s barcode, QR, RFID, or another option—so long as it delivers reliable, real-time data. For this first phase I’m looking for a functional prototype with a clean, intuitive UI, basic user management, and reporting that can export to common formats. Once the core is stable, I’ll iterate on extra analytics and deeper integrations, but right now I need the essentials working end to end.
