Project Description / Summary: I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can set up my professional business email system and automate customer email workflows for my WordPress website. My website is built on WordPress (WooCommerce) and I use Hostinger for hosting and email. I want all emails to be sent and received through Gmail, and also want to automate emails for users and buyers (welcome, order confirmation, abandoned cart, etc). Verify sending domain and connect all website forms / checkout / newsletter signups. 3 Automated Email Flows Create and activate the following automation workflows: Welcome email after signup Abandoned cart reminder Order confirmation Shipping/dispatch update (if applicable) Thank-you or feedback request email 4 Branded Email Templates Design 2–3 responsive email templates (using brand logo, fonts, and colors). Templates for: welcome email, order confirmation, and promotional campaigns. Include personalization (e.g., {{FirstName}}, {{OrderNumber}}). 5 Analytics & Reporting Enable tracking for open rate and click rate. Integrate Google Analytics (UTM parameters). Provide a simple dashboard report setup for email performance. 6 Testing & Handover Test all automations and ensure emails are not landing in spam.
