I need an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist for a leading pharma client – Hyderabad, India. You will be the point person for building and maintaining dashboards, but your primary focus is generating recurring reports through the Platform Analytics environment. What the role looks like • Analyse HR data structures, design the underlying data model, and ensure data integrity. • Using Platform Analytics, deliver a polished monthly report pack that highlights employee turnover rates and workforce demographics—two metrics leadership tracks most closely. We may expand into performance-related KPIs once the core set is stable. • Translate the numbers into clear, actionable insights for HR, Finance, and site leadership; confident stakeholder communication is critical. • Keep the dashboards in sync with any schema or process changes across HRSD so that visualisations remain accurate and relevant. • Partner with our internal ServiceNow admin team to optimise performance and security on the instance. Deliverables & acceptance 1. Production-ready Platform Analytics workspaces and dashboards. 2. A repeatable, automated monthly report (exportable to PDF/Excel) covering turnover and demographic breakdowns. 3. A short hand-off guide so other analysts can refresh or adjust the content. Delivery is accepted once leadership can pull the report without manual intervention and all figures reconcile against the source HR tables. Engagement details • Contract, long-term; immediate start. • 5–7 years’ hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience is ideal. • Working hours align with IST; onsite presence at our Hitech City campus is required.
