We are a distributed development team working on high‑level projects for US clients, and we are looking for a senior full stack developer who can be the technical face of our team on client calls. You will: Join client‑facing interviews and discovery calls as the senior engineer. Lead initial architecture and technical discussions, ask the right questions, and define the high‑level solution. Translate business requirements into clear technical plans for our internal dev team. Review technical decisions and ensure best practices on frontend and backend. Communicate clearly in fluent English and maintain a strong, confident presence with US stakeholders. Our team will handle most of the implementation; your main responsibility is leadership on calls, architecture direction, and occasional hands‑on support when needed. Requirements: Strong full stack experience (e.g. Angular/React/Vue plus Node.js/.NET/Java or similar). Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment. Experience leading client meetings, technical interviews, or architecture workshops. Excellent spoken and written English; able to drive conversations with US clients. Nice to have: Experience working with distributed/remote teams. Comfortable jumping into existing codebases and systems. Engagement details: Long‑term, ongoing collaboration. More than 30 hours/week is possible over time, but we can start with fewer hours and scale up based on fit and performance.
