You will take full ownership of bringing new, user-centred features to life in our web-based, AI-driven healthcare products. Most of your time will be spent architecting and coding fresh functionality rather than patching legacy work, always with the goal of elevating the overall user experience. The stack you will touch day-to-day is ReactJS on the front end and Python on the back, with Swift occasionally appearing in companion tools and prototypes. A solid command of relational and NoSQL databases is essential, and a knack for squeezing every drop of performance out of them will set you apart. Because our culture mimics a high-speed startup, I value engineers who have already spent at least a year in such an environment, have stayed more than two years in their last couple of roles, and keep an active GitHub that speaks louder than a résumé. A computer-science degree from a top-tier university is mandatory, as is clear, confident English so that ideas move as quickly as our sprint cycles. You’ll collaborate directly with product, design and clinical teams, proposing AI-powered solutions, turning them into elegant code, touring that code in peer reviews, and shepherding it through CI/CD to production. If that sounds like fun, let’s talk.
