Project Title: Senior AI Engineer for Legal Technology Platform (Indian Legal Context) Project Overview: I'm building an AI-powered platform to address India's litigation crisis. I have working AI workflows currently deployed in real High Court cases. I'm seeking a senior AI engineer to transform these validated workflows into a scalable, production-ready platform. What You'll Work On: Developing NLP/LLM-based solutions for legal document processing and analysis Building intelligent systems that understand Indian legal frameworks and procedures Designing agentic workflows for multi-step legal reasoning Creating robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for legal knowledge retrieval Engineering scalable, production-ready infrastructure with proper API design and deployment Ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance in high-stakes legal contexts Ideal Candidate Has: Strong production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models like Llama) Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) or custom agent architectures Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or custom solutions—we're framework-agnostic) Proven track record building production-ready AI applications that scale (not just prototypes) Experience with document processing, text generation, and structured data extraction Understanding of system architecture, API design (FastAPI or similar), and deployment (Docker, cloud) Bonus: Familiarity with legal tech, document automation, or Indian legal system Trial Phase: Starting with a 2-week paid trial (40 hours max) to assess technical fit and working style. Trial deliverables: Review existing AI workflows and architecture Propose technical architecture for MVP (including framework recommendations) Build one proof-of-concept feature Successful trial leads to ongoing collaboration with potential for equity-based co-founder partnership.
