We are looking for an agency to develop a multi-client capable seminar management module that integrates fully with our existing LMS. Only providers who can present us with very similar projects (in terms of functional scope, tech stack and integration logic) as references in their initial application will be shortlisted. The microservice should cover four key areas: - Event management – planning and managing seminars, programmes and entire curricular training series. - Speaker management – centrally maintain profiles, availability, contracts and fees. - Task management – manage to-dos, deadlines and event tasks for each event. - Resource management – coordinate rooms, materials and technical equipment. Not included in this project: participant management and ticketing will continue to run via our LMS (user management, booking catalogue, role rights). Important: The microservice must be docked to the multi-client-capable LMS via API and embedded on the UI side as a micro frontend (frontend stack React/TypeScript) – i.e. like a native module, but technically as a standalone service; while the service should preferably be based on Node.js or Python on the server side. It should be dockerised and scalable and connected to our LMS via REST/SCIM/SSO. Authentication, roles and user management come entirely from the LMS via Keycloak/OIDC; the service itself only manages seminar-related data.
