Screenshot Phone Number Saver

I need a small, reliable utility that runs on both iOS and Android. The idea is simple: whenever I take a normal system screenshot, the app wakes up in the background, uses on-device OCR to pick up any phone numbers visible on that image, and then offers me a quick pop-up. If there is only one number, the pop-up can show it pre-filled with the option to save straight to my contacts. When several numbers are present it must list them so I can pick the right one before saving. After I confirm, the chosen number should be added to the native address book under a new contact; I can edit the name later in the Contacts app if I like. Please keep the workflow as seamless as possible—no extra buttons, no manual entry steps beyond my confirmation tap. The build must pass App Store and Google Play requirements, so remember permissions for Photos/Screenshots and Contacts access, and keep processing on-device (no external servers). Deliverables • Production-ready apps for iOS and Android • Complete, well-commented source code (Swift/SwiftUI or Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android—use what you are fastest with) • A brief README describing project setup, required entitlements and how to compile or archive the release builds I’ll test by taking screenshots that contain single and multiple numbers; the app should behave exactly as described above. Looking forward to your solution.
