Data Extraction You are required to extract and compile all available real estate transaction data from the platform with the following parameters: Timeframe: • Monthly data from January 2018 to December 2025 Geography: • Every city listed in the platform’s dropdown menu Granularity: • One row per city–month combination Metrics to extract: • Total transaction value • Residential transaction value • Commercial transaction value • Agricultural transaction value • Other transaction value • Total number of transactions • Total area transacted • Number of residential transactions • Average residential transaction value • Number of commercial transactions • Average commercial transaction value ⸻ 2. Python Automation Script Develop a fully automated Python script (using Selenium or equivalent) to perform the above extraction. The script must: • Handle the Arabic interface and dynamic page loading • Iterate automatically through: • Each month from 2018–2025 • Each city from the dropdown list • Export all data to a structured format (CSV or Excel) • Include logging and error handling • Be well-commented, modular, and reusable for future updates ⸻ Deliverables 1.
