I need our end-to-end sales cycle to run itself—collecting leads, routing them to the right rep, nudging prospects at the perfect moment, and logging every step so reports are always up to date. Manual entry, scattered spreadsheets, and forgotten follow-ups are costing us deals; the goal of this project is to automate the entire workflow and free the team to focus on closing, not clicking. You’ll start by mapping the current sales process, from initial inquiry through signed contract. Once the bottlenecks are clear, build an automation layer that integrates smoothly with the tools we already use (think CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a custom web app plus connectors like Zapier, Make, or native APIs). The finished system must: • Capture new leads automatically from web forms, email, and social ads • Assign and escalate opportunities based on rules we set together • Trigger personalised follow-up emails or tasks at each stage • Sync all interactions back to the CRM so metrics and forecasts stay accurate • Generate a concise training note or screen-share video so anyone can maintain it Clean, well-commented code or no-code workflows, clear documentation, and a short hand-off session will be the acceptance criteria.
