I need a small web app that automates a single form flow while respecting three distinct access levels: Admin, Agent and Buyer. When a Buyer logs in, they should see one clean form, complete it, submit, and be done. The submission must automatically appear in the appropriate Agent’s dashboard and be stored in the database for later export or print. Agents can log in to view only their own submissions—no cross-visibility. Admin must have full oversight: create or deactivate users, edit the form fields, and pull system-wide reports. Once the app meets the acceptance criteria above and installs without errors, the project is complete.
