I’m reaching out to get some advice regarding a mobile app project I developed back in 2020 — Hola Rider and Hola Driver, originally built for the Sri Lankan market. The system includes the driver app, rider app, booking website, driver registration portal, and a full admin dashboard. The project was about 90% complete and at the testing stage, but due to COVID we had to pause everything. At that time, I stopped the Azure server and related subscriptions. I still have all the source codes and assets. The apps were developed using React Native for both iOS and Android, and React JS for the website and affiliate portals. The Admin Panel features include: • Dashboard with daily/monthly registration stats and graphs • Agent details (affiliate marketers/stakeholders) • Web user management (passengers booking via website) • Drivers (add/edit) • Riders (add/edit) • Trip management (completed/uncompleted + trip details) • Payments (driver payments, pending balances, recharge system) • Promocodes (create/edit, schedule dates, target users) • Live GPS tracking (real-time driver location, last online time, online/offline numbers) Now that I’m in New Zealand, I see a strong opportunity for another ride-share platform here. My goal is to revive the project, update the system to NZ standards, make improvements, and relaunch it. I’m not from a development background — my strengths are in marketing and accounts — so I’m looking for a professional partner who can help bring this back to life. I’m open to discussing a partnership/share basis or any suitable collaboration model.
