I already have single-line plans for a hypothetical cancer-speciality hospital in Guwahati and now need them translated into fully detailed documentation and visuals—everything built natively in Revit. Scope • Produce a coordinated Site Plan for the selected plot, incorporating landscaping details, a clear parking layout, and defined emergency access routes. • Develop Site-level and Building-level services layouts showing basic utilities—water, power distribution and HVAC—ready for engineering review. • Convert every floor into polished plans that read like construction sheets: correct room naming, medical-grade furniture and equipment blocks, hatch patterns and legends included. • Build a clean Revit model that supports cut-through Sections, Elevations and high-quality 3D renders for presentation. I’ll supply the DWG/PDF line work plus reference images that illustrate the finish quality I expect. All work must stay within a 10-day window, with periodic model uploads so I can comment early. Acceptance will hinge on: 1. Revit file free of broken links or missing families. 2. Sheets organized per floor and discipline. 3. Renders matching agreed camera angles and material palette.
