I want a faithful, Kaypro-II-inspired shell that I can send straight to my 3-D printer. The finished model must cradle a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W together with the official 7-inch Pi touch-screen, so please integrate clean, well-sized internal mounts for both boards. One solid colour is all that’s required—I’ll handle paint and finishing later—so please optimise the geometry for easy sanding and priming rather than worrying about multicolour break-ups. I’m after a classic retro silhouette: squared edges, front-panel “floppy” detailing, and that unmistakable Kaypro stance, scaled just enough to fit the screen behind the front bezel. Deliverables • Printable files (.STL preferred, plus the original CAD source) • Assembly diagram or exploded view showing where the Pi and screen screw in • A brief print-settings note (recommended layer height, infill, supports) I will supply exact board measurements once we start, along with photos of the real machine for reference. The project is complete when the parts slice without errors in Cura and all internal fasteners align in a test print.
