My long-standing Excel workbook (now running in Excel 2019) contains a VBA routine that has reliably processed then pushed both Excel and PDF reports up to our FTP directory for the past nine years. Last month the upload stopped working. It now tries to upload a file to FTP but the file size it is zero. There are a couple of options I can run, one uploads 2 files, the other can do lots more but when I run it only 1 files tries and again the file size is zero; nothing in the FTP server settings has changed, and credentials still test fine through FileZilla, so the issue appears to be inside the spreadsheet or its supporting script. I did change a few items on the spread sheet but I thought I had changed them back. I need you to dive into the VBA, diagnose why the macro no longer completes the transfer, and implement a clean fix that brings the one-click upload back to life.
