I’m completing a residential remodel and need a drafter who can turn my sketches and measurements into a fully-coordinated drawing package. The scope covers the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. I will supply architectural permit plan and reference photos will translate these into construction-ready 2D floor plans, clean elevation drawings that a cabinet maker can follow without guesswork, and photorealistic 3D renderings to help me visualize finishes and lighting. Ability to suggest different alternatives of designs will be appreciated. Accuracy is critical: dimensions must align from plan to elevation, cabinetry details need clear sectioning, and materials called out in the drawings must match the 3D visuals. Please work in your preferred CAD platform (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) but deliver editable DWG or RVT alongside print-ready PDFs; 3D output in SKP, MAX or FBX plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG stills is fine. Before final sign-off I will check: • Plans and elevations overlay perfectly with no scale drift. • All rooms listed above are modelled and rendered from at least two angles each. • Cabinetry and millwork notes include finished sizes, clearances and hardware locations.
