I need an accomplished interviewer who can step in as an extension of our recruitment team and run objective, competency-based interviews for mid-level roles in the recruiting industry. Everything happens remotely, so proven skill with video platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet is essential. What the work looks like — You receive a brief and a question framework from us. — You schedule or join a pre-set video call with each candidate. — During a 30-45-minute session you follow the structure, probe for depth, and keep the conversation neutral and bias-free. — Within 24 hours you send back a concise interview report that scores each competency and highlights red flags or standout strengths. Deliverables • Conduct remote, structured interviews for mid-level recruiting positions • Maintain a professional, consistent tone that reflects well on our brand • Provide a detailed written report for every candidate, including ratings, notes, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation This is an ongoing contract paid hourly or per interview (we can decide together).
