I’m expanding our design capacity for projects in Saudi Arabia and need a Jordan-based freelancer who can handle both interiors and façades from concept all the way to construction documentation. Every space must balance eye-catching aesthetics with everyday functionality, so you’ll be creating solutions that look impressive and also work effortlessly. The visual language skews “new classic,” blending modern lines with traditional Saudi details—mashrabiyas, najdi style, Salmani style, warm textures, elegant proportions—while remaining open to fresh ideas when the brief calls for it. You’ll receive site data and branding references from our office, collaborate with me through Zoom or Slack, and return complete drawing packages on agreed milestones. Typical deliverables per assignment: • Mood boards and initial sketches • Scaled floor plans, elevations and exterior treatments (AutoCAD or Revit) • 3D models and photorealistic renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.) • Material, BoQ and specification sheets ready for contractors If your portfolio shows you can weave together beauty and practicality in this mix of styles and you’re comfortable aligning with Saudi building culture, I’m eager to review your work and discuss next steps.
