We are a Singapore-based HR and recruitment consultancy, Cultivate, with an existing website hosted on GoDaddy and built on WordPress. https://cultivate.asia/ While the design and brand reflect our company well, the current backend is difficult to edit — making even small text or layout changes cumbersome. We are looking for an experienced developer to rebuild the existing site (keeping the same look, feel, and structure) but with a more intuitive and flexible editing experience for our internal team. Our goal is not a redesign, but a rebuild that ensures: - The brand and layout remain consistent. - The website is easier to maintain, update, and scale as we grow. - We can make edits without technical expertise Website Audit & Setup Review the current website: https://cultivate.asia Identify current limitations with GoDaddy hosting and WordPress setup. Recommend an optimal hosting and configuration (if necessary, advise on migrating away from GoDaddy and/or WordPress). 2. Rebuild & Migration Rebuild the site, replicating the existing design, content, layout, and brand identity (fonts, colours, imagery, and structure) with some edits to content (which we will provide). Use a user-friendly page builder or editor to allow easy content editing by non-technical users. Set up key pages (approx. 8–10 pages): Home, About, Services, Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Work Pass Processing, Blog, Contact, and any additional simple subpages. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. 3. Improvements & Small Edits Minor content and design adjustments (e.g. navigation updates, section rearrangement, spacing, or visual clean-up). Improve load speed and overall site performance. Ensure all existing links, forms, and analytics integrations remain functional. 4. Backend & Admin Experience Simplify backend management (clear navigation, well-labeled sections, reusable templates). Provide access and edit training for our team in way of a short user guide (PDF or Loom video walkthrough). 5. Quality Assurance & Launch Test functionality across major browsers and devices. Support domain and DNS configuration if migration occurs. Ensure SEO settings (meta titles, descriptions, and redirects) are maintained.
