Hi! I’m looking for a skilled Blender 3D artist to help build 3D character models and rigs for a serialized visual project (Dark Cloud universe). You’ll be responsible for: • Creating clean base meshes (characters like Klaatu [a combat robot] and Dark Cloud [female heroine] assets) • Topology suitable for rigging + animation • Rig setup with functional deformation (basic body + facial controls) • Delivering source files (Blender format .blend, UVs, textures) • Iterative feedback integration with me Requirements: • Strong Blender modeling + topology + rigging experience • Portfolio showing characters ready for animation • Good communication (feedback loop with me as director) Deliverables / Expectations: • One fully rigged character model to start (scope TBD) • Milestone structure with checkpoints for feedback • Clear deliverables (files, naming conventions, versioning) • Inclusive of revisions within reason Budget & Timeline: • Open to hourly or fixed pricing • Please include your typical rates and estimated hours How to Apply: • Portfolio link / examples of similar work • Short cover note on relevant experience • Estimated timeline for first character I'm currently learning Blender character modeling and rigging myself, but time constraits make it necessary for me to reach out.
