I already have the complete 2D plans for my home and now need to see the design come to life in three-dimensions. The scope covers the entire house—every façade and every room—so both exterior massing and interior spaces must be modeled. I’m after a highly detailed look with realistic textures; think true-to-life materials on walls, floors, furniture, landscaping and even soft décor. Lighting is critical. I want two separate settings of the same model: bright, natural daylight scenes and evocative night-time scenes with appropriate artificial lighting so I can assess how finishes and fixtures behave under each condition. Deliverables I expect • Photorealistic still images that showcase key exterior angles and all main interior rooms in both day and night versions • A short walk-through or fly-around clip (30–60 seconds) if possible, rendered at 1080p or better • Source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) so I can request future edits • Up to two rounds of minor revisions to fine-tune materials, colors or lighting The 2D drawings are ready in PDF and DWG; I’ll share them as soon as we start.
